Unless an overnight stay, a whitewater adventure, or as part of the Saver Programs, these fares are FULLY REFUNDABLE, changeable, and transferable up to 24 hours prior to the event's commencement. Cancellations inside 24 hours prior to the event's commencement and no-shows are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Hotel rooms, or any tour involving an overnight stay become non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-creditable 72 hours prior to the event's commencement.
"Super Saver" Special Fares:
These fares are heavily discounted and are not, unless otherwise noted, combinable with any other offer (e.g. Coupons, Saver Programs, etc.)

These fares can only be booked online and are not available through the call center.
Once confirmed, these fares become NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
If you need to modify the product's departure date and/or time, and the modified date/time is at a higher fare, then the difference between the desired date/time’s fare and the original super saver fare will be charged.
Modifications are subject to availability and may be made up to 24 hours prior to tour departure time.
If you cancel for any reason, your payment is non-refundable.
If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you have the option of rescheduling to a new date/time at no charge or receive a full refund.
"Group Mode" and Group Fares:

Unless an overnight stay is included, these fares are FULLY REFUNDABLE, changeable, and transferable up to 45 days prior to the event's commencement.
Cancellations within 45 days of the event's commencement are assessed a 25% cancellation fee.
Fares become NON-REFUNDABLE within 30 days of the event's commencement.
No show passengers at departure time are non-refundable.
All booking modifications must be made in writing. Email is acceptable.
